Hello guys, @pasaift here. happened to be in a rainy environment, so came up with this.
Up I looked at the clouded sky
Enjoying the chill winds of the night
Seemed like it was about to rain
For this was the period of rainfall
Streaks of white light I saw around
Accompanied by loud raging sounds
Sounds loud enough to wake one deaf
Sounds that make the earth vibrate
The trees outside swayed in rythm
As the wind whispered it's chill song
A song that causes temperature drop
And can easily send one to sleep
The clattering on my roof begins
As raindrops come from above
I watch as lightning hits the horizon
And wonder where they come from
Hours pass by and the rain continues
The Earth has been washed clean.
Finally there is silence as everything calms
I rest my head for I must call it a night.
