how do you influence faith to Christians part 3 of 3
AS Christians we are prone to sinning unintentionally
But then, the Bible wants us to be perfect!
Is that possible? Yes it is possible!
Job was found to be perfect in his days: Job 1:8 KJV
And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
Noah was also confirmed perfect before God: Genesis 6:9 KJV
These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
Even Zecharias was found perfect too: Luke 1:5 KJV
There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
Does that mean they never committed any sin? NO
In James 3:2 KJV
For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man...... So, a Christian is said to be perfect because he obeys God through His word by faith
No wonder despite the mistakes of Abraham, his faith was counted unto him as righteousness because he obeyed God.
Our perfection is in Obedience to God's word by faith.
