مترادف آن needless to say است. اصطلاح to say nothing of در جملههای منفی به کار میرود و در جملههای مثبت برای بیان معنایی شبیه آن از عبارتهایی مانند It is needless to say that … یا It goes without saying that … استفاده میشود.

I still must be doing something wrong. I try so hard to find something that matches your example: to say nothing of چه رسد به …، بهطور بدیهی, but I just don't see anything that matches. It should be matching, right?
Such idioms are expressed in different ways in various languages. You shouldn't expect a one-to-one correspondence. Besides, I have provided two translations for this one in the title.
