Utilizing my discomforting situations is one of the things I'm trying to perfect.
It's very obvious that there are a few occasions where you get clouded with some strong emotions which might actually not be nice. Things like anger, pain, weakness, and many others.
Don't you think it would be better If you could be able to work through these seemingly disturbing moments?

I typed so furiously, that I was afraid my screen would break 😱
I turned on my airplane mode... So, there were no distractions.
Slowly, the anger dissipated...
I felt better...
Why am I telling you?
So that you'd try something similar. Try to make out the best from the worst.
Don't dwell on negative thoughts.
Push through them.
