Go through the eight life values listed bellow — scoring yourself for each segment instinctively on a scale of 0 to 10; where 0 = totally unsatisfied with your current life-score and 10 = when totally satisfied.

Then, draw yourself something like this
Next:
- Analyze your numbers.
- Evaluate where you would like to be on each area. — Note: The fun / recreation score should go down if needed… okay?
- Strategize how to achieve your goals.
- Take Action!
Repeat monthly until desired results are accomplished.
