After almost 24 hours since my account creation and first post I am feeling super excited. I faced my first "not enough resource credits" and felt like "wtf?!". A few minutes later (and thanks to almighty Google) I was reading about the Resource Credits system and thinking to myself:
- Well, that's clever. Perhaps a little inconvinient and frightening for new commers but, it makes a lot of sense.
After documenting myself a little longer I decided to "Power Up" my account (with a very shy amount I most admit) to appreciate the effect first hand, and I'm still a little bit confused about it but with an incredible feeling of excitement, like a child with a new toy with a lot of settings and movable parts 😅.
After a few hours I got my first votes and comments. What an amazing experience! When I posted for the first time I was certain that nobody would notice my tiny, little "contribution" and it will be soon dusty and forgotten in a cold place deep down the blockchain, but hey, even for newbies like me, the community takes the time to read and even to interact with the new, non-relevant-at-all posts. Thank you for that! It was awesome for sure!
I hope to get the hang of it fast enough to properly use every feature and tool provided by the Hive blockchain and the Ecency app as my entry point to this whole new world of tokenized social media. Thanks for the attention folks.
