Your personality is what makes you different from others. The world is filled with different types of people. Some have attractive personalities, whereas others, not so much. It can be difficult for an individual to judge whether his personality is good enough or not, and it is not advisable to rely on your friend who might be lying to you.
But you know what? You can judge yourself too. All you need is to test yourself with OCEAN. What on Earth is OCEAN? It is a five-factor model of personality (or in other words, five personality traits).
Whether trying to do so consciously or not, in a job interview, your interviewer will typically ask relevant questions in order to find the answers of OCEAN.
What the heck does it stand for?
- O = Openness To Experience
- C = Conscientiousness
- E = Extraversion
- A = Agreeableness
- N = Neuroticism (i.e Emotional Stability)
If you pass the OCEAN test, then you have got a great personality. If not, then you should work on yourself, build those qualities, then test yourself again. Of course, it's not a matter of one hour or a day, it takes a substantial amount of time to change yourself, but it definitely worth your time. Before you move forward, you'll need the description of each quality, so don't go anywhere. Keep reading!
1 - Openness To Experience
Openness to experience is highly correlated with success. When you're afraid to experience new methods/things/ways, you miss all the potential benefits that you could probably enjoy. You must note that experiencing new things always has a learning curve. If you are fearing that you'll commit mistakes, just remember that it's completely normal. No one is perfect, especially when trying something new.
You may notice that your job interviewer will often ask you the question "What would you in such and such case?" In other words, he is trying to figure out how open you are to experience new methods.
2 - Conscientiousness
Conscientious people are those who are loyal with their intention and strong in their aims. They don't adopt illegal methods to complete the task. They desire to complete the task but only through legal and prescribed methods. They respect the terms of any company and are responsible enough to enforce those terms on others when needed.
Often in a job interview, you'll be asked: "How should this work be done?". He is assuming that you've read all the company's policies and you'll answer keeping those rules in your mind. But if you fail to do so and offer any other solution which violates or is not included in their rules, it means you've not read the company's policy.
3 - Extraversion
This is an important personality trait. An extroverted person is dynamic. He adopts his behavior according to the situations and feels confident in whatever he does. An extrovert enjoys his time more when he is with people and he treats everyone well enough. Extroverts don't dig the personal aspect of someone's life and rather, focus more on the issue that is presented to him.
I've met many people in my life. The majority of them were pleasant enough, but some were too intrusive. I mean, why should share my personal matters with someone who's been my friend for just a few days!? Most people won't feel comfortable to answer very personal questions from someone they just met.
4 - Agreeableness
An individual with a big ego will suffer failures because he fails to understand that each person is different, and he can't expect the same behavior from every single person. Such people often pick fights with their own friends, have relationship issues, or get fired by his company.
It is important to have the quality of "Agreeableness". Your lack of knowledge on something doesn't mean that something doesn't exist. A person who could understand and agree with others is far more superior than an egoistic who thinks that he's always right.
5 - Neuroticism
This is the last but the most important personality trait that you must have. Some people call it "Emotional Stability" too. It is a test of how you react when something emotional happens to you. In the terms of Crypto trading, how would you react if you woke up and saw that your portfolio is down by 50%? Would you break down emotionally or would you see the bigger picture instead and try to find out the reasons for the decline?
I believe that emotional stability is much more important in every field of life. Some people easily lose their temper when something that is against their desire is being discussed in the group. They start using disrespectful words or become angry in front of others. If you are one of them, then you are emotionally unstable.
If you have something to share, then please don't hesitate to write them below. I'd love to know your thoughts.

Interesting post and really captivating one too. I am strongly optimistic that you will go far on this platform @community coin
nice and well defined content
This is a very wonderful exposition. How we react to life issues really matter and determines what we get from life. I love the concluding part. It is so correct and timely.
This is where a proper knowledge or orientation comes in. Those who can fret at this instance are probably those who do not properly understand the crypto market. Emotional stability is essential for everyone, both young and old, boss and employees.
A lot of people have lost their jobs due to emotional instability. Some entrepreneurs do not have a stable workforce because they do not have emotional stability.
Nice content, well detailed

I totally agree with the Ocean parameters. It is important to have a decent sense of emotional intelligence to know how to treat every particular situation with the peculiarities that they present themselves. We also must understand that we can't treat everyone the same. This should be taught in school. Because we can't function in society without relating with people...and these stated here are crucial to relating with society and the people that make up society.
