SELF-TALK
Self-talk is as important as discipline or commitment and is closely related to self-care and the way we think about ourselves. This is fundamental to leading a harmonious life, as we cannot achieve or do much if we think the worst about ourselves.
Among the advantages, we have when we have good self-talk are self-confidence and security in our decisions. It is necessary to understand that our value as human beings has nothing to do with circumstances but with the way we do, think, and say things to others and ourselves.
Just as self-care is also a difficult goal to achieve when we are used to always thinking the worst but the first thing is to identify what we have been doing and then we can start building solid changes in our life little by little.
Couldn't agree more. It's easy to focus on our mistakes and failures. It can take real effort sometimes to instead focus our minds on our successes. Those that win this battle however tend to win more at life.
