Elaboración del chocolate casero/homemade chocolate making

Buenas tarde amigos de la colmena que mi señor Jesucristo los bendiga y les dé larga vida. Hoy les quiero presentar un tema sencillo como elaborar el chocolate tradicional de nuestro municipio Benítez.
Good afternoon friends of the hive may my Lord Jesus Christ bless you and give you long life. Today I want to present a simple topic like making the traditional chocolate of our Benítez municipality.

Cacao
Papelón
Canela
Aní estrellado
Vainilla

Cinnamon
star anise

El procedimiento de elaboración del chocolate, es tomando un cardero y lo ponemos a calentar, después agregamos nuestro cacao de poquito para que nos quede bien cocinado, moviéndolo constantemente con una paleta para que no se queme.
The procedure for making chocolate is taking a cardero and putting it to heat, then we add our cocoa a little so that it is well cooked, moving it constantly with a paddle so that it does not burn.

Al culminar dejamos enfriar para después pelarlo quedando limpio de toda concha.
At the end, let cool and then peel it, leaving it clean of all shells.

Proseguimos al molino para moler nuestro cacao, quedando como una pasta suave.
We continue to the mill to grind our cocoa, leaving it as a smooth paste.

Picamos en pedazos pequeño el papelón, y lo molemos cayendo en la masa de cacao.
We chop the paper into small pieces, and grind it falling into the cocoa mass.

Así sucesivamente agregamos la canela y el aní estrellado al molino.
So successively we add the cinnamon and the star aní to the mill.

Al terminar de moler todo los ingredientes le agregamos la vainilla.
At the end of grinding all the ingredients we add the vanilla.

Por ultimo proseguimos a masar todo, quedando una masa homogénea.
Finally we continue to knead everything, leaving a homogeneous mass.

De ahí proseguimos a formar nuestras bolitas de chocolate.
