Looks like your photo is out of focus.
Yes, many areas are out of focus because I like to shoot pictures with the aperture as wide open as I can. This creates a narrow depth of field where objects closer to or farther away from the focal point are out of focus. In this picture, the two petals that touch near the center were my point of focus and portions of the flowers closer to or farther from that point are blurred. I mean for my picture to be artistic rather than accurate.
