Pumpkin - Medicinal Plants for Maag Disease

in #philippines7 years ago (edited)

Do not always have to take medicines that are widely distributed on the market to reduce gastric inflammation or ulcer, you can also eat pumpkin yolk every time. Because the content of karetenoid, or beta-carotene, potassium and iron in it is useful to relieve heartburn. That is true?
In addition to fruit pumpkin leaves can also be consumed into vegetables. But this time I discussed the benefits of pumpkin only.

I did not know about this medicinal benefit of squash. Thanks for sharing. I tried growing pumpkins and the vines grew fine, they also flower, but couldn't get it to fruit. Bugs are eating the young flowers. I don't want to use pesticides but I guess I have no choice.

Great post! I never heard of it to be honest ,but now as I have done some research it looks like an really great plant :) Thanks for sharing it with us, cheers!

Never knew pumpkins have these kind of benefits when eaten. I often suffer from heartburn, and will try to add it into my meals. I think this is really great to substitute from using medicine to relieve these kinds of pains. It is really great to know this, going back to natural treatments.
