My cat has been sick for a week now and to tell this story frankly, I don't have the funds for his medications and confinement. Please help me, help my cat.
My 3 year old Siamese cat, Gray, has been sick for more than a week now and he has been very weak. He has lost a lot of weight and his stomach started to bloat. At first we suspected a parasite infection. We brought him to the local vet and got him dewormed but it didn't do any good. His eyes are normally blue but the other eye, his left eye specifically, turned green. We brought him back to the same vet and he was given antibiotics. I dont' think he improved, instead his stomach got bigger. I did my reseach and I think he might have liver problems judging by the symptoms. He has become gradually weak and walks slowly. He sleeps with his head hung and he is sleeping a lot which is very unusual. He eats a lot and drinks a lot of water but he isn't improving. He always calls out to us maybe for comfort or scratching. I can't bear looking at him all skinny and bloated. It's progressing so fast. He was a very healthy cat before this.

Today we brought him to a known vet, 4 towns away from our place. The vet suggested that he be confined. My cat has Anemia. His RBCs are very low and his WBCs are high, suggesting an infection. He is now currently confined at San Roque Animal Clinic in Carcar,
Cebu, Philippines.
