Maayong gabii kanatong tanan. Sa atong panihapon mangaon kita og lamian nga kangkong. Lami na masustansya pa. Daghan kanato dri mahilig sad mokaon og kangkong. Lain lain lang ang atong pag preparar niini, naay hilig og steamed kangkong, naa sd ganahan nga stir fried kangkong og uban pa😄. Pero nag depende ra gihapon nato na kung unsa atong nakahiligan.
