PHILIPPINES - My Wife is from there - Video's I made of a PARADISE ISLAND

in #philippines7 years ago

Yes, I married a Filipino. I quickly found out about all the joys of the PHILIPPINES. What a beautiful Country it is. If you ever get to go or have been you will find yourself driving through busy streets with vendors on every street corner selling banana's, coconut's, street food, Baloot, seafood out the ying yang, sunglasses, and pirated dvd's. You gotta love this Country. Even in the bad circumstances (brown out's, typhoon's, etc.) the Filipino's have a smile on their faces.

The Philippines consists of around 7,000 islands and most are uninhabited. If you rent a boat you can go "island hopping". What an adventure going to an uninhabited island. Truly, the Philippines is paradise. If you ever get to visit, you will be glad you did. Just be sure to bring a smile on your face. Enjoy the video's

Have a beautiful day you all. Keep On Steeming. Cheers !

You should go. Thanks for replying. Cheers.

How's the fishing there?

Great. Everyone eats sea food there like popcorn. Everything you can imagine.

Cool post, my wife and I just back from there about a month ago. She is from Iloilo.

Awesome. Love the Philippines, except for the humidity and mosquito's.

definitely the place to live or retire.

For sure.

I am also married to a Filipina, just over 37 years now. We also live in the Philippines. It's pretty nice, but it still has its problems. Those brownouts still being a big thing. Sometimes they last a minute or two and sometimes they last a few weeks. I'll never get use to them and we've lived here for over 7 years.

Hey UJ, funny meeting you here! Will catch up with you later... and some cold San Miguel!

Welcome to the Philippines and good to see you on Steemit!
