Even after more than seven months in the Philippines, I am still impressed by the extremely varied appearance of the sky in terms of colors and shapes.
During my numerous walks, I often can't help but take pause to observe and photograph the breathtakingly beautiful cloud constellations.
And thus, in the meantime, I have collected a considerable number of pictures again that in my mind are aesthetically pleasing enough to present them to my readers.
I am sure that this time also @tangmo with her preference for the color white will certainly get her money's worth. :-)

Was mich auch nach nun etwas mehr als sieben Monaten Philippinen-Erfahrung immer noch beeindruckt, ist das bezüglich Farben- und Formenvielfalt extrem variationsreiche Erscheinungsbild des Himmels.
Während meiner zahlreichen Spaziergänge kann ich oft nicht anders als innezuhalten und die atemberaubend schönen Wolkenkonstellationen zu beobachten und fotografieren.
Und so hat sich mittlerweile wieder eine beträchtliche Anzahl meinem Ästhetikempfinden nach wunderschöner Bilder angesammelt, die ich meinen Lesern nicht vorenthalten möchte.
Diesmal wird sicherlich auch @tangmo mit ihrer Vorliebe für die Farbe Weiß voll auf ihre Kosten kommen. :-)

Let's start with what awaits me almost every day when I look out of the window: lots of sunshine, a bright blue sky dotted with white, shining specks of cloud. The first two pictures show my view from the south, while in the next two I was looking out of the north-facing bedroom window. |

Die ersten beiden Bilder zeigen meine Aussicht in südlicher Richtung, während ich auf den zwei darauf folgenden aus dem nach Norden weisen Fenster des Schlafzimmers sah. |

WOW was the first word in my mind when I saw a lot of huge white clouds in your photos….

Yeah! I love clouds very much and your post makes me feel so excited. I like to imagine what they look like, too. I can see your imaginations through your photos; i.e. two huge white cloud wings, cloud mountains, etc.
Apart from white clouds, I also love the colors of the sky in your photos. Very magnificent!

Da braut sich ganz schön was zusammen im Pazifik. Mal geben sie sich recht harmlos. Aber dann, ganz plötzlich brausen sie auf und sie wird sichtbar - die gelbe Gefahr.
Und trotzdem kann ich das Gefühl nicht gänzlich von mir schieben, als hätte ich die eine oder andere Formation auch bereits am kroatischen Himmel ausmachen können. Beim nächsten Mal sollte ich vielleicht genauer hinschauen. An den mandelförmigen Augen werde ich wohl erkennen können, ob sie zuvor an deinem Schlafzimmer vorbeizogen.😉
Ich ahne, was du meinst, aber zumindest derzeit mache ich mir diesbezüglich noch keine ernsthaften Sorgen. Allerdings kennt natürlich niemand die Zukunft...
Das kann sehr gut sein. Es gibt sicherlich an vielen Orten wunderschöne Himmel zu bestaunen. Ein entscheidender Unterschied verglichen mit früher ist vermutlich auch einfach, dass ich jetzt mehr Zeit zum Schauen habe. :)

Looking at your photos made me imagine how fresh and amazing the air is over there. I'm saying this because I live in the city, and being in nature is not a frequent experience for me. So, thanks for sharing these awesome shots!

Here in my area is also a couple from Singapore which migrated to the Philippines. :)
I guess Singapore is very clean and 'perfect' and rich, but also somewhat stressful because of the work load of the people with very strict laws?
To be honest, I wasn't surprised. Many share the same sentiment that, although it's a nice livable city, it also comes with stresses and challenges.
And it seems the Philippines is a good place for retirement with its affordable cost (compared to here) and beautiful surroundings. :)

Indeed it's a beautiful place where you can connect with nature. It's also a escape from the hot Metro Manila weather we have.
For me, as a German, even Tagaytay is still rather 'hot', but of course much cooler compared with areas like Metro Manila. :)
Yes, I have German colleagues and you guys are used to colder climates. To me, Tagaytay is cold already but once I get out of the country and experience winter, "cold" gets a different meaning 😅
