Broken Hearted?
Want to have time alone where you can think, relax, have fun and adventure?
Want to go somewhere away from traffic and toxic people like your ex?
No problem! as the famous movie 'That thing called Tadhana' tag lines
WHERE DO BROKEN HEARTS GO?
Well definitely....
SAGADA GOT IT ALL FOR YOU :)
Exploring and backpacking trip through this mist-shrouded mountains of Sagada in Mountain Province, Cordillera Region is almost 10-12 hours drive from Manila. But despite the long and tiring drive, seeing its finest and indigenous beauty plus the breezy and cold weather makes it all worthwhile.
The adventure begins going to Bomod-ok Falls, the group was divided into two for each tour guides. The guide fee is only 500 pesos only which can be easily divided among the group. The trail is an hour of long walk and almost took 5000 steps to reach the hidden waterfall.
Along the tiring hike and walk, the beautiful scenery makes the adventure rewarding itself plus a lot of selfies and pictures with the group.
At last! After a lot of steps, walk, trail and hike, the stunning beauty of Bomod-ok Falls was seen by our eyes. The cold and pampering water of the falls makes it more relaxing in addition with the perfect ambience.
On the second day, we went to an adventurous trek to Sumaguing cave, but an important note is that everyone has to be careful, because trekking down in this cave is a bit dangerous because of the slimy and narrow opening of the cave down to its astonishing and secretive beauty after the long trail.
On the last day, we just went to Kiltepan, where we saw the famous Sagada's best sunrise and sunset. Here waking up at 4:30 am after all the strenuous activities we've done in two days is difficult, but while seeing the rising of the sun hidden from the beautiful mountains while sipping our cup of coffee makes our day brighter as the sun.
Here also where no one knew you is the place where you can shout all the anxieties and stress that you have just like what the actress did in the movie.
All in all, It was an awesome experience, after my Sagada escapade I realized that I can also enjoy this adventurous activities that I haven't done before by getting out of my comfort zone.
If you want to try this fun filled experience Go to Sagada! Trust me, It is indeed worth it :)
ALWAYS REMEMBER:
Take Risk! Get out of your comfort zone! Enjoy Life! Make every single day worthwhile :)
