Losing on talent impacts your brand.

Losing on talent impacts your brand.

A person I know is a smart professional. Her skills are unparalleled. Her ability to influence others, manage conflict, and exceed expectations is inspiring and proven.

She applied to her dream job on a leading recruitment website in the Arabic platforms. The platform allows the company to adjust settings to filter candidates that do not meet all requirements.

This lady lacks one year experience out of the five required for the position but is otherwise overqualified.

Within seconds of clicking on "Apply", she received a rejection notification from the platform that her application is automatically filtered out!

Companies struggle to achieve and sustain results because of a lack of talent. And yet, they continue to “go short” in the investment of people to find, attract, and retain great talent.

When there is a lack of vision, people suffer.

Your brand depends on great people leading and serving your customers well.

Breaking through the fear and teaching hiring professionals to seek and attract talents based on a balanced mix of attributes and experience is the path forward.
