Lack of hope

in #philippines7 years ago (edited)

I watched film "A year of hope" which tells about situation of homeless young people in Philippines. Stealing clothes, beggary, drugs, as everywhere. But once some foreigners took several boys and was raping them, giving drugs, not giving food... now I understand why people on Philippines were killing drug addicts and dealers. It's a war between big ethnic forces of the world. Gay rapists against mutilators. Elites of the world should hide deep in their castles when storm arise. https://www.archdaily.com/879939/vincent-callebaut-envisions-shell-inspired-eco-tourism-resort-in-the-philippines/59c1430fb22e38adb1000029-vincent-callebaut-envisions-shell-inspired-eco-tourism-resort-in-the-philippines-image

Sort:

Tough situation and not unlike the one back home in Egypt—which is why the homeless are often hopeless.

Even living in the US, now, I see how there’s very little compassion for unfortunate people on the streets, who are treated worse than animals — told where they can sit, and forbidden to ask for food...
