What is Sea Dancing Festival?
Sea Dancing Festival also known as Hugyaw sa Kadagatan Festival is an annual activity (competition) in my hometown which commonly falls the day before our town fiesta. This event takes place in my hometown, Kauswagan. The municipality of Kauswagan is the 5th class municipality in the province of Lanao del Norte, Philippines. Kauswagan is politically subdivided into 13 barangays. Each baranggay has to participate and compete in the annual festival. They will be judged thru their performances in: Street Dancing, Float (Gakit) Parade, and Attire.
Here are some of the photos during the festival.
Dancers in their street performance and attires.
Float (Gakit) - Unfortunately, I didn't have a lot of photos of it because it was too hot. I left to have something to drink.

Even though it was too warm and humid, it didn't stop us from enjoying the annual activity.
The sunburn was all worth it.
