"Sinigang na Bangus/Milkfish in Sour Broth "
"INGREDIENTS:"
1 MilkFish/Bangus
2 Onion/Sibuyas
1 Small Bunch Spring Onion
4 Tomato/Kamatis
3 Malagueta pepper/Siling Labuyo
5 Garcinia morella/Batuan
1 Daikon/Labanos
1 Bunch String Bean/Sitaw
7 pcs. Okra
1 Bunch Camote Tops Leaves/Talbos ng Kamote
2 Liter Water
Salt
( P.s I dont use any artificial seasoning just only salt in this recipe because "I believe more healthier if natural")
"PREPARATION:"
Cut The Ingredients:
Ist : Cut the MilkFish/Bangus.
2nd : Cut the Onion/Sibuyas, Garcinia morella/Batuan, Spring Onion and Tomato/Kamatis.
3rd : Cut the Daikon/Labanos, Okra, and String Bean/Sitaw.
4th : After Preparing and Cutting Ingredients you can now do the procedure.
"PROCEDURE:"
Step 1 : Put Water, Salt, Onion and tomato in pan.
Step 2 : Start the fire and wait until boil. And boil a little.
Step 3 : Add the MilkFish/Bangus and Garcinia morella/Batuan. And simmer in medium heat in any minutes.
Step 4 : After add the Daikon/Labanos and Okra. And simmer in a bit.
Step 5 : Add the String Bean/Sitaw, Spring Onion and Malagueta pepper/Siling Labuyo. And simmer in a bit.
Step 6 : Lastly, Add Camote Tops Leaves/Talbos ng Kamote and simmer again in any minutes until you see all ingredients cook well. But if you want very over cook you can longer a little.
Step 7 : And mix the soup slowly and taste it, If your not satisfied to taste just add more salt according to your taste.
Step 8 : After you satisfied you can now serve happily your soup to your Family and Friends.
