Enthusiasm, focus & self belief. The really top salespeople in the world aren't taught they are born like it, generally very chatty & quick with it they will snap a reply out as quick as a flash of lightning. They need to be good listeners too take in the clients requirements & dish out a consistent level of service. They will be socially easy going lightly matured & very easy to get along with I would say placid is a good quality to throw in. Now you got yourself a cake that won't just hit targets they will destroy targets with alarming regularity & take any business wherever it wants to go. Salesmanship is the oldest practiced profession in the world, Some say ladies of the night were but at the end of the day they were selling a product.
