RE: Consciousness can never be fully understood analytically

in #philosophy8 years ago (edited)

Good article and food for thought!
I have wrestled with this concept since I attained "consciousness" when I was 12 years old.
Is there a "super consciousness"? How does the subconscious fit into this?
Is instinct a part of consciousness? Is Faith(not just religious Faith) a part of consciousness?
I will be 69 years old this year and I am still searching for answers. I may never find the answers in this life and I have come to accept that.
I sleep and have no recollection of being conscious and I wake up and I am conscious again.
I think, therefore I am, I think! Haha!
Just keep buying Steem!

Read my book "Transcendental Metaphysics". If it does not answer your questions at least it will give you plenty of references to complete the overview. Not that I claim to have the right knowledge, but at least I show where knowledge is false or speculative at best.
