"Set thy heart upon thy work, but never on its reward"- Vyasa
Each organization is made up of humans, a being with a soul to do, act, think and behave in a certain way. In today's business world, most companies are implementing a certain entpreneurial mindset, injecting an idea, a way of thought whether in their staff or through their products. Companies are emulating some philosophical mindset to ensure the optimum growth in capital, networking, or even the well-being of their customers. Here are some philosophical mindsets possessed by some of the big companies out there, which become one of the reasons why they're good at what they're doing:
1. The Existentialist

Why should people buy your product? What makes it different from thousands of products out there? Apple Inc believes in challenging the status quo, selling the 'why' of their products; the elegant minimalist classy type of customers which would be proud to have and bought their products. This company is selling the idea that they think differently from their competitors, playing the infinite game of business rather than focusing on the short-term monetary. The 'why' of their products became the foundation of their identity.
2. The Nihilist

Some companies believe in going against the norm by destroying mainstream's ideas about what their businesses or products should be. They created their own values based on a set of standard being represented by what they are selling. A few top streetwear clothing brands such as Supreme, OBEY, Hype Beast, Bathing Ape created a movement with their own brand . Even now, there's a slang called 'Hype Beast' to a person who are obsess with fashion and clothing from these streetwear brands. They are proud to be misfits, to be an anomaly in the pool of mediocrity.
3. The Idealist

Creating a better, sustainable future is no longer a pipe dream. Few companies created a game-changing business like Tesla Motors and SpaceX founded by Elon Musk. To normal minds, the idealists seem to be a dreamer with unrealistic goals and targets. But idealistic people knew that their vision is bigger and larger than life. Their mental focus will be directed on the bigger picture of what they wanted their business to be in the long-run, and putting aside unnecessary noises by drowning them with grandiose self-belief and visions.
4. The Communist
Everyone is connected to each other and there's no greater power when people stick together. Social media companies such as Facebook, Twitter, and even Steemit believe in connecting people from one way or another. The power of the mob, the larger the number of people in each community, the bigger the influence of the platform. Uber is also one of the ridesharing-transportation company in which people could use their own private transport to make money, as a private taxi. This company has created major havoc in certain countries due to the fact that it could distort the local taxi-business.
Some companies and businesses have implemented more than just one of these philosophical mindsets. But what they do have in common is that; their cycle of growth revolve around this Big Four type of philosophical mindset. Whether it's a start-up or a growing business, they didn't start their foundation without any set of belief or ways of thought.
esto ya viene implementandose desde ya hace muchos años y valla que funciona hermano ..
