There is a famous organic corn farmer who is very famous and often get the award from the government. One day, a reporter from a local newspaper interviewed to find out the secret of the farmer's success. The interview went on for almost an hour. The reporter found that the farmer distributed his corn seed to his neighbors.
"What is your reason for sharing the seeds of corn to your neighbors, does not this cause you to compete with them, I mean you are creating competition in the corn commodity, whereas you have the chance to be the one and the second. Think about it? " the reporter asked curiously.
With a smile, the farmer also gave an answer,
"The reason is simple: do not you know that the wind blows pollen from corn that will bear fruit and takes it from one field to another.If my neighbors grow a bad corn, then the quality of my corn will decrease when cross powder. want to produce superior quality corn, I have to help my neighbors to plant a good corn too, anyway, it is not good to hide science alone" replied the farmer.
The explanation of the farmer adds to the journalist's admiration. After returning from the interview, he immediately made an article for the daily where he worked, then the next day the article contains excerpts of interviews with the farmer directly submitted to the editor in chief. As predicted, the article is published immediately. And the goodness of the corn farmer spread all over the country.
These farmers are well aware of the law of symbiotic mutualism and the essence of human role as a social being in life. The farmer can not improve the quality of his corn if he does not help his neighbor to do the same. In life, those who want to enjoy goodness, must begin by sowing goodness on the people around him. If humans want to be happy, then it should sow happiness for others. If humans want to live with prosperity, then must try to improve the living standards of the people around him.
