This quote caught my eye this afternoon. I reckon that this is a commonly known fact . Or perhaps it is new. Learning something new is positive. From my personal viewpoint I agree wholeheartedly, but golly gosh it is easy to anger. It is about being human isn't it? We are emotional beings and anger is a prominent emotion that rises to the surface when our ego is hurt. Anger is a part of our set behaviours.

Yes, it's so amazing!! It takes energy to be poor than it does to be rich. It takes more energy to be sick than it does to be healthy and it takes more energy to be unhappy than to be happy. Go figure!!
I agree with you all - so very easy to get feelings hurt and come out fighting. It takes concerted energy to bring in the positiveness and joy. I plan to keep on keeping on.

it sounds about right to me but it would be interesting to know how they measure it. But just in case I'd try to have a good laugh at least a couple times a day! very interesting!
i am not about the measuring of emotions @janton, but it makes perfect sense to me. Laughing is such a healing emotion while anger zaps so much out of us. Just gotta to have something to laugh at!
