When all you have positive things in life... It starts to bore us down. Even if we could live on what’s within reach, sitting under an apple tree next to an endless stream of fresh water full of fish with a cocktail waitress stopping by every couple of hours, eventually we’d get bored, seek new lands, want to go for a bike ride or something.
