I like the Chinese proverb you put up about 10 minutes with a smart person is better than 10 years of study. So Damn True!!! I happen to train horses for a living and I have dedicated my life to learning this skill. We are required to do a certain amount of continuing education to keep our licenses. These can take weekends/weeks etc.....
The reality is, some of the best information I have gathered in my field happens to be when I am at a competition and I am in the warm up arena. I listen very carefully to how other trainers coach their students. It is possible to gather five sentences that can change your methodology for the better, rather than spend hours/days etc studying minutia:) Clever people are everywhere, but most are underestimated and dismissed. I take care to make sure when I recognize one of these people, I sit down and listen as opposed to standing up and talking:)
Great post mate! Much food for thought and creative.

Thanks a lot for stopping by.The best way to learn anything is through is dissecting the success and failures. Universe can be reduced to actions and consequences. If you want to do well, you need to understand cause and effect. Hard work is only a catalyst for improvement. Hard work is just brute force and it's not the strongest fighter that always win.
Best of Luck!
"its not the strongest fighter that always wins". Amen Brother! It is the one with persistence and perseverance :) Or in other words, the one who has the ability to outlast.
Cheers friend!
