A famous designer just committed suicide the other day and my wife and I were commenting on how it doesn't really matter how much wealth and prestige you have, everyone can be unhappy. This ties in with your post concerning what we deem as success may not be all that fulfilling to a person that we assume has attained it.

Very true @bozz. When we see the stars in their finery, beauty and fame, we want to be like them. Yet we hear of stars committing suicide, having failed marriages, addicted to drugs, and so on. That is not success.
I am not saying that life should be perfect but we should look at what we consider to be success and ask ourselves if this is what we want.
