The Paradox Of Sexuality: Micro-Cheating And The Cult Of Social Media Shattering Many Relationships

in #philosophy7 years ago (edited)

Interestingly, when sinking into the "cult of materialism", pursuits dematerialize and this also affects any form of relationships.  Technology's ultimate goal is to dematerialize the meaning of Life in order to become a god-like entity ruling over all human interactions.

People will more and  more be living through the Hive Mind and seeking out egoistical short-term lusty relationships devoid of any genuine feelings... that is where we are headed to. With AI taking over the means of human reproduction and regulating the "artificial womb" industry because of the rising trend of transgendrism producing an androgynous mindset, and feminism discouraging the process of natural birth.

Many people do not really care about this dystopian future because they barely make ends meet, they already are way too preoccupied with their own survival, but that is the goal of the Cult Of Materialism itself: being a distraction from what is really going on. As long as people struggle 24/7, they cannot see the impasse that is coming.

And let's be clear about it, conventional philosophy and psychology are utterly powerless in addressing a state of affair, which they both have initiated by their endorsement of the Cult Of Materialism in the first place.

'Micro-cheating': Social media is tearing couples apart as scientists warn small gestures on apps can ruin marriages

'At least old-fashioned philanderers knew where they stood. For  them, only an extramarital affair was considered cheating. In the  modern, digital age, however, it takes an awful lot less to wreck a  relationship. Welcome to the world of “micro-cheating”.  An academic has declared it to be the new method for couples to  tear each other apart. According to Martin Graff, a psychologist, all  it now requires is the click of a computer button for a partner to be  considered unfaithful – and with all the same consequences as a  full-blown affair. Micro-cheating is a label increasingly being used to describe  behaviour which falls into a grey area between friendly interaction and  infidelity. Previously, a suspicious spouse had to catch a cheating  husband in bed with another woman; now she only has to peer into his  online world..... Examples of micro-cheating include checking the social media  accounts of former partners; sending emoji such as hearts and flowers to  people other than partners; and saving mobile phone contact details of a  friend of the opposite sex under a false name.... In short showing a high level of “digital” interest in someone outside the existing relationship can constitute micro-cheating. .... “It can be something as simple as repeatedly ‘liking’ someone’s  posts on Instagram or commenting on someone’s Facebook,” said Dr Graff a  reader in psychology at the University of South Wales and associate  fellow of the British Psychological Society.'  Read more: 'Micro-cheating': Social media is tearing couples apart as scientists warn small gestures on apps can ruin marriages

Isn't it ironic that money spent on non material things brings more happiness? Why? Because it is the role of money to help us realize that Reality is much bigger than our material possessions The metaphysics of the Earth Custodians Movement is The Spiritual Science Of Vibration. A paradigm  shift  is on the  horizon. Become familiar with the Earth  Custodians'  axioms: http://www.earthcustodians.net/blueprint.html. Join  the EC forum to discuss this extremely important topic and prepare for mindset transitioning and a currency-free  society! No-sugar coated  realities! The EC  blog always strikes at the root and  it is not always pleasant to read  how  bad   it  is out there. But it is necessary so that Humans can come  back to their  senses. Thank you in advance for following, upvoting, resteeming, help spread the aims  of  the Earth Custodians and don't forget to continue your own  research!   http://www.earthcustodians.net  ps: starting January 2018, the EC blog will slow down on steemit in    order to work on the making short films whose releases will begin by   the  end of April. Check out our own blog for updates every now and  then.

PS: the EB might very well be censored for its money-free stance.  However, we also have a MAJOR documentary in the work that should go into production this summer. And EC just joined the efforts of https://ubuntuplanet.org/usa/  launched by Michael Tellinger.  Nothing will stop the data from spreading! Human beings have the RIGHT to know about the options lying ahead and the smokescreen that is materialism.

Sort:

UVAS: it would be nice for Steemit to censure this channel, since its main objective is to get rid of money. Kind of funny that someone who supposedly hates money and considers it the cause of every single bad thing in the world, would be on here begging for money. Seem sort of, I don't know....hypocritical?

this is why I accuse you of being a troll... Money will GRADUALLY disappear as more people understand the stakes. Meanwhile, yes one needs "some" money to spread the word because there is no other way to get the word OUT. Just as like paying to have a website to have the data out there for people to make up their minds.

You canNOT stand dissent, and the fact that you are stalking this blog speaks volume: This blog has obviously hit a nerve, a big one :) There are plenty of materials and video on the internet exposing how materialism has affected the world, on a human and environmental levels, because it is the immediate result of following the money/profit seeking, hence control in the hands of a few. Still money for a greater good could exist if "profit seeking" was abandoned... but then... who needs money?

Yes, it has hit my stupid woo woo nerve. You can try to rationalize your hypocritical actions however you wish. The fact remains that you come on a MONEY based platform, posting all sorts of woo woo nonsense, BEGGING for money, all the while complaining about how money is the cause of every bad thing in the universe.

Money IS a greater good. It facilitated the agricultural revolution, it facilitated the industrial revolution, it facilitated the information revolution. It facilitated your ability to come here and blog. It facilitates every economic transaction between people.

Where are we going to go without money? The barter system? lol, sorry that doesn't scale beyond groups of a hundred people. Where is your great blueprint to lead us out of this greatly improved world due to the tool of money? We need to get back to famines and plagues!

Who needs money? Obviously you do, LMAO. :-D Otherwise you wouldn't be a hypocrite begging for the stuff.

you lost the debate, my entire blog exposes the FACTS... period. Get lost now. You are from an old generation (what you told me a while back) so you will not change your mind, otherwise you'd go through an emotional collapse... hence why you are trolling/stalking this blog... and not only my blog, you have the reputation to stalk when you disagree.

Barter system? nope, you cannot wrap your mind around allowing people to do what they are passionate for is the ONLY currency... all the rest is coercion and we see today the results of this materialistic/money driven coercion. Begone!

Your blog has no facts, lol. It is just a randomly repeated set of woo woo blogs. One pseudoscience claim after another, repeated ad nauseam, all followed by begging for money.

How will 7.5 billion people survive without the money/price system?

People do what they are passionate for right here and now. And guess what? They get compensated for it with money. You can't price a resource with somebody's passion. I can be passionate about napping all day. I can be passionate about killing strangers. Passion is an extraordinarily poor metric to measure value. But a common currency is THE best way to price resources, which allows you to use your resources efficiently. If everyone simply followed their passion, everyone would do the fun and easy jobs and no one would do the hard but necessary jobs. Offering a monetary reward for doing unpleasant work is what keeps our civilization advancing.

There is an agenda to get us farther and farther away from our core/nature/soul... All we can do is try to stay true.

I hear you!!! Thanks

understanding the concept of money is a disease to humanity but knowing were living in a destructive society that we unfortuatly need to use it to free our selves and be happy, if we all arent thinking like this were gonna end up just as pathetic as we already are again.

Money is not a disease. Money is a tool. A hammer is also a tool.

It is possible to think higher thoughts and improve the human condition while holding a hammer and having a bank account.

money implies you dont want to do w.e impaying you to do so you need to be bribed to do that thing, when we figer out what being human is wel realise just how fake out relationshpis are with other ppl

No, money is used to compensate you for your valuable time and effort. Money is used to price things so everyone can determine the best way to use their resources efficiently. Money is simply a language about value.

If you think your time and labor have no value, I feel sorry for you.
