Yes very natural logic. First years I hat to get use to the pilosophy but now I get the hang of it. Your so lucky as a yoga teacher, that you have the chance to meditate during your yoga practice. I meditate in the morning.

I meditate in the morning too. It’s the best time of the day. I am very relaxed with my Yoga.. I integrate it into my life as a way of being.
