Hey guys I hope this wasn't too windy for you guys! Here's what's been happening with me over the last couple of days. Feeling pretty stressed, depressed, little bit of anxiety. Had a slip up, but I'm working on a lot of my goals and habbits. I've been doing well with my grounding goals. I've started a tweaked version of the do nothing meditaiton. And at the same time trying to love and accept myself.
