Lamentation
Painting by: Giotto de Bondone, 1306
Man is a slim of desires and blunders.
One hand of desire is held by hope and other one by despair.
Desires are of two types:
- Essentials
- Luxuries
Essentials are those desires without which living is impossible while luxuries are desires providing comfort.
In terms of economics these are known as commodities.
Often Businesses of low class community runs on luxuries of high class.
Meaning essentials of one class is luxuries of other.
If discretion of luxuries are known and their pursuit is impossible then regret and despair also hold other hand and a twin, inferiority complex and deprivation are born. While their brother, Jealousy, is also born after some time.
Jealousy is like that Norse mythological Dragon which breathes fire and itself burn in it.
