Another way to look at your life and feelings

We are probably all familiar with lines like: ‘Stay positive’ ‘think positive’ or ‘you can’t live a positive life with a negative mind’ But why is this so important? And how can you reach the state of a positive mind?
I would like to give you my thoughts and view about this positivity and how it helped me creating a better, and especially a more happy life.

Thoughts and feelings

We all look at the world from our own little room, our own thinking patterns and views of the world around us. So you can say that there is not only one truth. All is true, and at the same time all is just an illusion we call life. We all live our own truth in our own world, our own universe. The people around you are reflections of yourself and give you reflections from your own believes. So basically everything you see, feel and believe, says everything and only revolves around YOU!

In our core being we are all neutral and loving beings, but with our thoughts, believes and thinking patterns we experience all our feelings and therefore act in a certain way. You can compare these believes and patterns with an old tape recorder. This tape recorder, records everything we have been told or seen by our parents, school, friends, society etc. And it’s playing the records in your head over and over again. So if we can see that all feelings are coming from our way of looking at things, our thinking patterns and our self-created believes, we see that thoughts and feelings are always connected with each other. Without thought there wouldn’t be any emotional feelings, it would all be neutral.
Let’s zoom in on thoughts a bit more. If you look at thoughts on a quantum level, thoughts are, just like everything else on this planet, all energy. Every thought you have is a different energy. The energy of a loving, and joyful thought has a higher frequency than for example an angry, judgmental or sad thought. So you can say that all thoughts have their own wave frequency.
How come that some thoughts are on a higher wave frequency, and bad feeling thoughts are usually on a lower wave frequency? Well, if you can see that the core of the human being is neutral, and exists out of pure love. You will see that if you are on a high wave, this only means that you are closer to yourself, the core you, which exist in you!
Negative emotions are only saying that you have thoughts that are not on the same wave length as your true self. You can feel this in your body as fear, sadness, anger, stress and frustration. This only means that your thoughts are not pure love. It can be the smallest thoughts, the fastest thoughts, thoughts that are so old and so integrated in you, that you’re not even conscious about. For me that is the hardest part. How can you catch these thoughts that you are not even aware of?

The focus of emotion

If you feel an emotion that is not pleasant for you, ask yourself the question: ‘What are my thoughts about this subject?’ ‘What am I thinking right now that makes me feel like this?’ and ‘which self-created believe did I believed as true, so I now feel this misbalance in my body?’ When you catch the thought and you figured out which believe you felt for, you now have the conscious choice to either go with that thought or change this believe in another one which is more in line with the real you.

The focus of emotion is the most important focus, for those who search for more happiness. So make this focus the most important in your daily life. If you experience an unpleasant emotion, go and chase the unconscious thought that lies underneath it. Make it conscious and change your believes and patterns that goes along with all the feelings which arises in you.

Ease and peace

So we talked about thoughts and emotions and how they are always connected with each other. But why is it so important to watch over your thoughts and feelings and to make it the most important focus in your life? I will share with you the two most important reasons for myself and the reason why I wrote this article in the first place.

- happiness
I think the main reason to be more conscious about your thoughts and feelings would be the fact that you gain a lot more happiness in your life. Once you see that there actually is no truth in life, but it is the truth you make yourself with your thoughts and believes, you can use your emotions to see which thoughts you can change in order to feel more aligned with yourself. Life doesn’t have to be such a big struggle

-The law of attraction
Albert Einstein said this already;

And I agree. If you look at this from a quantum level, and you understand that everything in life is just energy, you will understand that all energy has a certain frequency. As I explained earlier, good feelings have a higher frequency than the bad feelings have. So if you practice your focus of emotion, you will become closer to your true self and therefore attract more of that frequency in your daily life; more good things will flow to you.
