There are problems. Problems are created, which means solutions can be created. Solutions are created by facing the problem, digging down to understand why they are there. The way out of a problem is by going through it, not avoiding it.

Not looking at the current condition, not looking at what actually is, is ignoring the truth. This is resistance to acknowledging what is taking place, resistance of facing the problem, which means you can't understand it and its root cause.
Facing the negative isn't being negative. The negative is already taking place. Doing nothing about the negative is what is negative. To overcome, we must go through. Look at the darkness, shadow, demon, wrong, immorality and evil in the world or within ourselves with open eyes, 'mind' and 'heart'. We must confront the darkness and work with it to move through it. Not as an ally, but working with it as something to take in our symbolic 'hands' and work with it, to manipulate that thing by grasping it for comprehension.
There is no escape. Deliberate ignorance, avoidance, denial and rejection of reality is not going to work. Trying to avoid reality tends to lead to believing in something else, whatever we want to believe in because it's preferable and more comfortable to accept about how things are. They can keep feeling-good about themselves and the world they live in.
Truth is often painful, it hurts, because of how ugly it is. Many people don't want to accept that the world or themselves are currently the way it is or they are. They don't want to live in that world or recognize how they are living. Denial is easier to engage in than the hard work of facing the darkness.
The way out is through; through the darkness to get to the light.
"There in no coming into consciousness without pain. People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious."
- C.G. Jung, Psychology and Alchemy

The way through is by facing the problem in order to understand it. Understanding the root cause of how it was created is how you can apply a remedy at the root source.
Living in fear of facing the darkness within ourselves or without in the world is limiting our potential. We are holding ourselves back from living in fear.
Fear is the mind-killer. Fear can keep us safe and protect us from dangerous situations, but it an also keep us from moving forward. Fear overpowers and reduces rational thinking to get out of a bad situation or problem. Fear is tied to the avoidance and denial of admitting a problem exists, of refusing to accept the problem, of ignoring the darkness in the world or within ourselves.
Keeping people in darkness, ignorant and dumbed down is a good way to prevent them from being empowered and solving the problems in their individual lives or collective lives as a society. So many stick their heads in the sand in order to ignore reality. This can be done outright by avoiding information, or denying it. But also, people avoid looking deeper into the condition to understand it by occupying their time with distractions like various entertainment, fashion, sports, celebrity gossip and even other parts of life that consume time and attention. Time is limited, and truth takes time to seek, grasp and understand.
Escapism into various distractions that keep us from looking at the world with open eyes is an old problem. Bread and circus of gratification in food and entertainment is a time-tested way to appease people and keep them under control and limited in their potential to overcome the darkness around them. They just ignore it and let it persist because they are being satiated with pleasure, gratification and enjoyment of various kinds.
Direct confrontation of problems is needed, not escape though ignorance, avoidance, denial or rejection. Have courage to confront, face and work through the fear and darkness within and without.
Another way to understand the importance of overcoming by going through, is with obstacles in life as a type of problem. Challenges, goals or objectives are achieved by facing and tackling them head on. Trying to avoid them or escape them means that you won't overcome the obstacle in life and attain your objective or goal.
Thank you for your time and attention. Peace.

Occasionally we do not lock ourselves up in a world of lies so as not to harm the person we love and we resort to lying so as not to hurt the feelings of others, but no, we realize that we are not doing the damage ourselves.
Lying hurts more than the truth. Once people learn of the lie, it's a betrayal that hurts far more than the truth would have.
Know that patient, if viewed in a person's problem is like the head of a body. If the head is gone then the whole body will rot. Similarly, if patience is lost, then all problems will be damaged. @krnel
The maturity of a nation is not only seen from how they appreciate the difference of opinion. But more than that is the extent to which they are able to find a solution of any problems associated with these differences, in accordance with the rules and rules that apply.
Three reasons why the problem is inevitable:
Thanks for the philosophy you shared @krnel.
Yup, problems always arise, there is so much difference/diversity ;) What matters more is being able to overcome them indeed.
To every problem, there is a most simple solution.😀😀
Completely agree with this
I don't understand why some people tend to avoid facing their problems and perhaps waiting for them to be fixed without taking actions. It makes no sense.
I like to think about knowledge as our only tool to face whatever issue we might encounter in our lives, the more knowledge that we gather, the better prepared we will be to overcome any difficult situation.
And of course, the better our understanding about life, the sooner we will realize problems aren't meant to be ignored, rather the complete opposite, they should be discussed and analyzed in order to solve them.
Cheers mate!
Yup, face the negative, or it persists because it's being ignored.
Nice Dune reference.
Triggering the flight or fight response, often the mind will chose flight or even denial. Sometimes the only correct action is "fight". If only...
Yeah, fight through it, through the fear, the obstacle, and overcome :)
Some "problems" are inherent to human race. You can ignore them, you can confront them, it doesn't matter - they were two millennia ago and they are present now. Wars, inequality of community members, religious strife, family member protectionism, corruption and so on.
They will be solvable only after we will evolve from our human shells.
They are solvable if we evolve consciousness to understand truth and morality and live together better in cooperation. You are dreaming of something that may never exist. I am talking about something that can exist because people evolve towards morality throughout history, and so has humanity. It's a long journey it seems... :/
We didn't evolve past these problems since our beginnings as Neanderthals - thats like 42 000 years. What are the chances to see it in our or our kids lifetime? I would say about the same of us evolving from human shell.
This is a kind of thing which is biggest enemy of human.Problems will come,we have to face it with courage. If you try to avoid it then a bigger problem will come to you.So there is no point of scaping.Just stand tall and look straight to the problem and tell him that I am not going to be scared by you.I will go through you.Life will be better by doing this.Better life means not always easy life. Thanks for the post.
Stand and overcome, not easy but worth it ;)

I really appreciated this article. Yes one must face fear in the face and go through. You cannot go around under or get past. It absorbs you and changes you molding you into hopefully a better person who can contribute more to others and the world. I learned this through the sudden loss of my sweetheart in Dec of 2016. I had to absorb it and go through it. I am learning that many of life's lessons are that way. Thanks @krnel.
yes, it may be true as you say
"The truth is often painful, painful, because of how ugly it is, many people do not want to accept that the world or themselves today is what it is or what it is."
but if we just understand a little and be patient with our condition at this time, maybe we will be able to see the positive side of any existing problems.
I am very sure, that God will not give a trial beyond the limits of his servant.
thank you very much @krnel for the motivation you give us.
we are all capable of passing every problem in life.
It is amazing what people can bear when they put their minds to it. They are uplifted by it.
Yes, truth takes time, patience is required to develop an accurate understanding of an obstacle we face in order to overcome it.
When there is a problem. people want to think
The road is difficult and needs patience and long way dear
So true...good reminder.
Anything worth anything is painful. What must be sacrificed for something is the measure of its worth.
