It is difficult to break these kinds of habits as they are hard to recognize and for the most part, aren't causing immediate dangers however that does not mean they do no ill.

This article is deep. It really made me reflect on my life choices, and I realized sleeping a lot has been instrumental in my slow growth in life. A little sleep here and there seemed normal until it became a habit, and I lost control over it. Lately, I walked around very weak and did things very lazily. It has really affected my academic life. But who would have thought a harmless sleep could have lead to this. The results of the future are indeed dependent on the decisions we make today.
