Being an atheist doesn't make you 'smarter' than people who believe in, and surrender to, a higher spiritual power.
Atheists: The universe is a grand, cosmic accident that came into existence for no reason whatsoever and you are just a biological machine made up of empty molecules and atoms.
Non-atheists: There is a higher intelligence at work in the universe and this higher intelligence vastly supersedes our own. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
