yup, it's all about grab the opportunity and hang in there, trying with all the energy you got, grow with the process,don't settle go make it happen . simply you couldn't enjoy achievement if you'r not experience failure just as you didn't deserve to success if you couldn't endure the pain while in fact we have the strengths to defeat fear and anything else prevented us from keep going we just need to know how to use them
