System of Evolution

The legal system is the evolution of the primitive or origin concept of social contract
Why do we build houses for each other:
One may say, because we are compassionate and we care for one another
Another might say, because we have something to gain by building that house, services or otherwise
The first might respond that many people have had nothing to gain, therefore, it cannot be the reason we build houses
However, there is consideration to be made that the immaterial offers something to gain. If I derive satisfaction from something, is that not a gain, an advantage or a transaction? It does not even matter if the other person does not value it, I do, therefore, in building houses for others, I am satisfied. My price is my satisfaction.
There are other considerations, however.
If I build you a house, and you farm for me, we could spend more times on those specific tasks, and become far more efficient at them. Would this be suitable to you?
This is the concept of social contract, and it is what the actual base of morality is.
Morality is not genuinely justified or objectively better than other actions, morality is the notion of the most efficient form of social organisation, in relation to the principles or nature of reality.
One could easily say that to even exist is to steal. Matter transacts energy, life consumes life, it is impossible to exist, and to be equal. You must always be a thief, or you would not exist. And that all other natural phenomena has no notion of kindliness towards others, so why should I bother with such niceties? I should not. It is irrational to the very nature of existence.
Someone else could, however, argue that the most efficient and largest total benefit to social structures is through outwards or outwardly serving cooperation. Thus far, this argument has proven technically or at least demonstrably true. Humans have achieved a form of domination over their environment that is unparalleled.
This has led to the codification and bureaucratic management of social contract. It is a form of convenience, it is a form of social expression. It serves as the force the guarantees, as well as establishes, what is and is not considered cooperative behaviou
