You and your body need those 7h of sleep AT NIGHT. Your mind and muscles need a rest from the day before. And yes, you sleep better when you are tired, so train your mind AND body during the day. Not to the point of exhausting yourself, but enough to remind them of their work. Go outside for a run, that vitamin D from the Sun is needed. Do a few push ups, sit ups and some squats at home. You don't need much more than that. Expand your knowledge. Free informations are all around us. I mean... just look at the internet, you are a few clicks away from almost anything you want to know. There are even videos and animations to help you learn some things better. The more you know about how the world and things around you work, the smaller your problems will seem. Don't forget that you need the required fuels to function as you should do(as any other machine), so next thing is(as expected probably): eat healthy and drink lots of water. Proteins, vitamins and minerals are essential for your body to perform its tasks properly. Also, those little bastards need to be transported all over your body, so, again, you need water. Not just that, the water also helps that body of yours to digest that junk food you ate and clears the path for the next.
Okay, great. You started to sleep as good as you should do and eating properly. You are full of energy and need something to use it on? Then why the fuck you still haven't sett goals in that only life that you have? Oh, you have goals, but just haven't started working towards them because you already have a miserable job that you hate and tons of other things to worry about? Okay, enjoy living like that for the rest of your life. Or you just don't know where to start because there is an unimaginable amount of things to be learned and planned and researched... Well, too bad because every self-made successful person was just born knowing all the stuff that they will be needing in the future. They never had sleepless nights learning the basics of the field they have chosen, right? No, you can't be more wrong about that. Fundamentals are key to everything. Of course that you will start learning the basic stuff that you think everybody even already knows that. It's obvious that you will start from the bottom. There is a saying: ,,The master has failed more times than the beginner have ever tried'', which is more than 100% true because you will gain much more experience by failing than by succeeding.
Yes, you started it now. Finally. But you've come to a problem. Months have passed, yet you still haven't figured it out. The thoughts that you won't be able to do it have arrived. You are staring to think that everything is pointless and you are just wasting your time. You love doing it, but you are not smart or talented enough to complete it, right? Well... wrong, again. Other people have been there too, but had the confidence to continue. Or even maybe they thought that they couldn't do it too, but loved it enough, so they never stopped doing it. And at the end, when the project you've started is finally done, you will be so glad that even though you were exhausted, you lost people from your life, weight, sleep and nerves over this, you would do it all over again.
