3 questions about time I would kill(figuratively) to have answered.

Ok steemians. Usually I try to add a little value to the community through what I post. Today however is different. I was hoping the you could add value to me by helping me understand the answer to these three questions about time.

  1. Does the future need to already be determined in order to see it?
Ok so here is my thinking about this question. Time definitely consists of what was, is and will be. So I read this story of this man who saw the future. He was visited by a Being who began to show him the future. As the future started to play out in front of this man, the Being disappeared. Looking down onto the future the man saw the Being who had just addressed him taking part in the unfolding of the future. And that is the origin of my question.
If the future hasn't happened yet, then surely it doesn't exist, and there is nothing to see as nothing is decided. But if it is possible to see the future, doesn't it mean that the future is not dependent upon the present and the past but rather that the present and the past are dependent upon the future? meaning that everything is running along a predetermined course? Or is it possible if we could live forever to simply gain enough intelligence to be able to foresee all possible outcomes to such a degree that you could literally see them in your mind and show them to others? Personally I quite like the sound of the last idea, but whats your theory?

  2. Is it possible to have more than one instance of a person in a single point of time?
If we assumed that story to be true, I think the reason that Being disappeared was because that man being shown the vision was now seeing the future. The being was not standing in front of the man in the future, but he was elsewhere, and that is why it seemed as though he disappeared. So one theory is it is not possible to have more than one instance of yourself in one space of time. If you were to go back in time, you would go back into your younger self and there would only be one of you, in that sense no one would ever know if time travel was performed, as everything would go back at the same time.
Another theory comes, funnily enough, from a warcraft book I am currently reading. In this book the great dragon called Krasus goes back in time. It seemed to be the earlier years of his life. When he arrived he got sick, and weak, and he was stuck in a humanoid form, he could no longer turn into a dragon. Later on he met his younger self, and when they were in each others' presence they regained their strength. So in essence that theory is that time would not allow (excuse the personification of time here) them to be in the same form as each other. In addition to this their life force was divided between the amount of instances there were of themselves. So those are just 2 of those theories, what are yours?

3)If you were able to look into the future, would you be viewing it from the present or would your consciousness have to be placed in the future?
Not much background for this question, I am just interested on what your thoughts are. Think about it though, If you were looking into the future you wouldn't be seeing the present right? does that mean that your consciousness would be in the future? And if thats the case, then you could see a vision that spans 4 years and still no time would have passed in the present because you were not in the present. If not then it means that it would be possible to see both the future and the present(as you are in the present), Heck that probably means if you take a big enough step back you could see the past too!!

What would you say the answer to these questions are? I would really like to know!

The answer to me is simple, the present affects the future. The future does not affect the past. Nothing can change the things what already happening.

It definitely makes sense.. overcomplicating things could definitely be heading in the wrong direction!!!
