It can be bought
It can be stolen too.

World's most expensive yatch (one of)

: It can be bought
: It can be stolen too

A whole big city

: No worries One can Buy this damn thing too
: It can't be stolen but yeah it can be destroyed

So what left now and what is even more expensive then all these ??

Education

: One can buy education, pay for it
: It can't be stolen by anyone

Experience

: it can be bought by paying someone and asking them for money in back
: It can't be stolen

Ps:

Doesn't matter how poor you are, if you have EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE you are the richest man in world.
