I make sure that am not busy doing anything that has no benefit. There must be fruit at the end of all the running around.
This is the case that many miss as they do not tie their current actions to purpose.

Yes. I will have a terrible headache for a few days and feel like I have been repeatedly punched but, pretty good otherwise :)
