I think we are talking about 2 separate men, one from university and one who is self-taught then if both work with same work ethic then the one with a university education will be more successful due to the guidance of his teachers. University education also helps to take valuable insights from the experiences of your peers and teachers.
Wrong... the only reason people from universities succeed (or used to) is a piece of paper.
