I have a question about this: "We watch over the future with knowledge of the past with which to guard ourselves" This is related to cause and effect, and the relation between reality process? I mean, is "The eye of providence and the moral path of our future are linked" that mean the reality can be just predictive only for the behavior? Thanks

Actions created int he past formed what happened then, and what happened afterwards in causal interconnection to arrive at where we are now. We apply conscience as syneidesis to learn from the past successes and failures for how to live morally, and then that guides our future new actions that go on to create more of what our world and way of life becomes. We can predict to some extend what is likely to happen based on current behavior, so we can change our current behavior. The future can change based on what we choose to do. Many things can be predicted to a certain degree, weather, and other causal deterministic variables have much interconnection to make long forecasting less accurate as things can change even in the weather system. Human behavior has such complexity. If you are driving and a child runs into the street, you can predict that your car will hit them if you don't stop. If the child variable didn't run into the street, then there would be no need to stop the car. Behavior would not have changed. What happens in the future is causally dependent on multiple variables of the present and past occurrences.
