People are divided into two groups. One group is made up of people who are different every morning - they are late, chaotically chasing the house, they forget their bag, their documents, they do not know what to wear, let alone what they have to do that day.
Another group of people have their own routine - getting up at the same time every day, having breakfast, drinking coffee, going to workout ... they just know every step of their daily routine beforehand.

When we were kids, routines gave us a sense of security. On the other hand, now that we are adults, the rituals we choose to incorporate into our daily lives give us a sense of purpose.
If you incorporate a specific ritual into your day that you will be consistent with every day, whether it is meditation, writing or walking the dog, it can help you bring structure to your day and build confidence and stability from within.
When we regulate our daily routine, we deactivate some of our fight or flight instincts.
