Bangladesh :
Bags of used oil from ships dumped in a field on the banks of the Karnaphuli in Potenga Boat Club area of Chittagong city. For the last one month or so, a section of unscrupulous traders has been bringing the thick oil in boats from ships anchored in the nearby sea and piling it here. Later, the oil is supplied to various brick kilns, which use it as fuel, in trucks. Locals say the oil often spills from the boats and pollutes the water. The photo was taken yesterday.
Uggg that is really bad that there is so much polution there. Good job photography it and bringing awareness to it. Funny how they are bags and not barrels.
thank you.
