I would like to give insight and answers about living as an expat

in #photo7 years ago

Being American myself and wife over the course of 5 years I have had the opportunity to learn a lot about the experience. I wish I had this information, I would have done things very different. Everybody's financial situation is different, many people are able to make it happen from $500 a month to 10K a month. I personally had a budget of 5k a month in passive income. I acquired friends all living the same dream with different budgets, some happier than others heh.

Over the course of five years I spent considerable amount of time in Puebla, MX, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Lake Tahoe, Panama, Hawaii, and Colombia only Medellin though. I sent my daughter to various schools mostly elementary school private and public.

I would be more than happy to talk about healthcare in these countries, schooling, medicines and procedures, nightmare scenarios, ect. Nice to meet y'all.
