The Uni-Vertz, a Cinema 4D project done by me for open graphics library inspiring others to develop new ideas. A random work that took about complete 72 hours of rendering time for 3000 frames without the global illumination, motion blur and depth of field.
Being a professional graphic designer, it was not hard at all but it took some time to finish it. I've done sound effects(SFX) production by myself that added more time to the project.
TOOLS USED-
I achieved this inside of Cinema 4D ( by Maxon) with the help of custom made splines and a free plugin called ReeperX.
I had to create materials and shaders by myself from scratch and added noise and transparency with some legacy reflections. Animations are done with help of simple keyframes by playing with different values. Also I created subdivisions manually with knife tool to the triangular object at first and applied the explosion deformer. Lastly, for the debris effect, I used the very useful tool, Voronoi fracture along with the random mograph effector. I've done the final composition works in Adobe After Effects. That's all.
