New York still continues strong. With a glorious monument in place of the two fallen towers, every day the city reminds itself that it will stand forever, regardless of what falls.

Nice picture! What happened 9/11 was tragic... I was just a kid, about 6 years old, but I still remember how we saw the towers fall on a little TV in our kindergarden... in Sweden... A world-wide sadness.

I never got to see the twin towers IRL, but the new WTC is such an architectural marvel and a monument to those we lost
