Squids are one of the tastiest seafood I ever tasted. Calamari is indeed an expensive but delicious delicacy. To be honest, I could only eat one of these when I am in Masbate, when I and my family eats in a restaurant or when someone gives us a kilo of squids.
So yeah, this post is posted very late. I was too busy, perhaps not too busy. I was just frustrated thinking about what to do first. But first things first, I prioritized my studies first rather than blogging. Back to the topic, this blog was connected to the past Photo/s of the Day which was all about shrimps and squids. By the way, this is the last and final photo/s of the day about squids/shrimps (or maybe someone would give another kilo of seafood!)
Just like the normal Calamari, we sliced the squids into strips. The squids were then covered with flavored flour or the "Crispy Fry" we have here in the Philippines. It is a perfect mix to flavor the squid. The squids were then fried in a pan of oil until it turned to brownish.
The Calamari was served perfectly! It was very tasty. I hope the picture was perfectly captured in order to starve you (just kidding). Ciao Adios!
